This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for May 30, 2009:
going deep down into the center of my being.
my breath is the vehicle taking me there.

ahhhhhh, i can feel the peace and stillness of this space just reading here :)
& I feel the perfection of entering this space with you now :-D
I'm so in sync when you mention breath.
Sometimes I literally have this vision that our breath is at one with the cosmich breath/heartbeat, like the rhythm of the tides, the moving of the planets. It all seems different expressions of this one heartbeat.
